Positions Available

Painter - ASRM has immediate positions available for a painter/construction worker for its construction department. This person will be required to perform the painting of newly constructed and existing office space. This position also requires assisting other team members with basic construction tasks. Must have your own paint tools, transportation, and 2-3 years experience in the construction field. The hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00p.

Property Manager – Responsible for managing and growing the company's third-party portfolio which currently consists of office, retail, and industrial properties. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Tenant relations, rent collections, lease administration, supervision of clerical, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel, property inspections and maintenance of the physical property, vendor and contractor negotiations for services, capital improvement to the properties including tenant improvements, budget preparation, monthly budget variance reporting, compliance with codes and regulations. Must have 3-5 years experience and a Texas Real Estate Salesman license. CPM designation and Associates Degree is preferred.

Leasing Specialist – Responsible for leasing office, R&D or retail properties within Houston. Duties include: cold calling, touring prospects, walking vacancies, and producing a monthly leasing report. Must have 1-3 years experience and a Texas Real Estate Salesman license. Associates Degree is preferred.

Building Engineer – This person is responsible for overseeing the upkeep of building systems as well as performing maintenance duties throughout various office, retail & industrial buildings up to 100,000 SF. Reports to the Chief Engineer. The Building Engineer will work frequently with contractors and construction personnel to complete assigned duties.

HVAC Technician – EPA certification must be up to date and a minimum of 5 years experience is required. Centrifugal experience preferred. Must have own tools and truck.
