Steven M. Speier – Senior Receiver
Steven Speier was a Partner in Regional CPA firm specializing in Bankruptcy and Litigation. He has been appointed as a California State Court Receiver on over four hundred properties and operating businesses, including office buildings, retail centers, condominium and apartment complexes, hotels/motels, industrial parks, resorts, golf courses, restaurants, residential properties, and numerous operating businesses. Mr. Speier has served as a Bankruptcy Trustee, Expert Witness, Provisional Director, Examiner, Responsible Person, Assignee, Disbursing Agent, Real Estate Broker, Referee and Judicial Receiver. He has over thirty years experience in business serving as a Chief Executive Officer and/or Director of numerous companies. His background encompasses diverse experience in several industries including real estate, public accounting and banking. He has served as the General Partner or on the Board of Directors of companies controlling and managing numerous limited partnerships consisting of approximately 15,000 investors.
